Ellen graduated from Marymount Manhattan College summa cum laude in 1980.  She was originally licensed in real estate in Northern Virginia in 1988.  Ellen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia.  Her primary focus is successfully handling all aspects of residential real estate, relocation and buyer's agency.  Ellen is a "Lifetime Member" of the Atlanta Board of REALTOR'sŪ Multi Million Dollar Club. 

James attended SUNY Buffalo.  He was originally licensed in New York State in 1978, and has also been licensed in Maryland and Virginia.  James has a background in contract negotiations, arbitrations and lobbying.  He is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. Jim was also a guest speaker at 2 sessions of the National Association of REALTORS Convention in Orlando 2004. 

James is held in high regard with as an acclaimed speaker on Internet, and web marketing.  His marketing ideas have been published and quoted regularly in trade publications. James Crawford is a also a charter member member of the e-PRO 500, and CyberProfessionals!  Jim recently was a featured speaker  at the National Association of REALTORS convention in Orlando Florida in 2004 for 2 sessions, and spoke at the Wisconsin REALTORS convention in 2005.

Ellen and Jim  work as a team. We are husband and wife team happily married for twenty six years and have two boys ages currently attending college.  We constantly strive for the highest standards.  We are both Broker Associates, relocation specialist, broker associates, and are also Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR.)
